Code of Compliance.

Mutual trust, predictability, honesty and straightforwardness both internally and externally are fundamental principles that are firmly anchored in the Würth Group. Commitment to these values dates back to the company philosophy written in the 1970s by Reinhold Würth.

This is not just about compliance with all applicable rules and laws, but also about the attitude of our employees, which is an essential building block for the sustainable success of the Würth Group.

It is precisely this attitude that we want to promote. At the same time, we demand strict compliance with all applicable national and international rules and laws. In order to make this transparent to our employees as well as to our customers, suppliers and other business partners, we have derived specific rules of conduct based on our company values, which we have summarised again in the Würth Group Code of Compliance.

SpeakUp Reporting Hotline

Our Code of Compliance commits us to integrity in our dealings with each other, as well as with our customers, suppliers and other business partners. Research shows that investigations into economic crime are often prompted by information from third parties.

This is why we have set up a system by which third parties, along with employees of the Würth Group, can provide information regarding criminal activity and other serious compliance violations. This is the Internet-based Business Keeper Monitoring System (BKMS).

If you wish to provide us with information through this system, you may do so by name or anonymously. However, as we are looking for open communication, we encourage you to provide your name when providing information. In any case, we will treat your information strictly confidentially and take into account the legitimate interests of all parties involved.

Please create a mailbox in the BKMS system so that we can contact you. This is important in case we have any follow-up questions or if you would like to add more information to your report later. Communication via the mailbox can also be anonymous, if desired.

The system is used exclusively to draw attention to suspected criminal economic activity or to specific, serious compliance violations in the Würth Group. Misuse for other purposes may constitute a criminal offence.
