For maximum convenience in the refrigeration unit, we offer high-quality solutions that cover the different requirements of our customers. The locking function of the slide ensures controlled and safe closing of the drawer. In the closed end position, the slide engages noticeably and reliably holds the drawer closed.

The premium alternative to the locking function is our soft-close damping technology, which has proven itself a million times over. It ensures a consistent, silent and gentle drawer retraction. As a third option, we offer the Tipmatic function, which enables elegant, handle-free opening of the drawer.

The 20 kg load capacity of the slide ensures maximum stability even when the drawer is fully loaded.

For perfect visual integration into the refrigeration unit, you can choose from the standard version in galvanised steel and optional powder coating in Nero, Ice or Manganese.

The standard version in galvanised steel (centre rail in stainless steel) meets the most stringent corrosion resistance requirements and thus ensures a long service life of the slide.

The ability to fully extend grants full access to refrigerated goods. What more could you ask for? The overextension also increases convenience in terms of visibility and accessibility of the food.

The automatic retraction feature is optional and installed between the retaining brackets on the cabinet side. It ensures smooth and silent closing.

The Tipmatic function, integrated into the slide, ensures elegant and handle-free opening of the drawer.

The locking function ensures a safe end position, prevents the drawer from unintentionally popping open and ensures an accurate, high-quality closing feel.

Slides in refrigerators make sure drawers and food storage compartments open and close smoothly and softly. They grant optimum access to the contents by means of full or overextension and operate reliably and silently, even at extreme temperatures. The innovative slide technology improves operating convenience and raises the ergonomics of modern refrigerators to a new level of quality.

High-quality slides are also used in wine coolers to smoothly and safely move bottle drawers or special storage compartments. The silent and durable sliding systems ensure that sensitive wine bottles are conveniently accessible without creating much vibration. High corrosion resistance and options for customising make these slides ideal for use in demanding environments such as wine coolers.

Freezer slides must safeguard consistently reliable functionality even when in continuous use in low temperatures below freezing. They enable accurate, controlled opening and closing of drawers and ensure convenient access to the storage space – regardless of how intensively they are used and the applicable operating conditions. The systems are specifically designed for refrigerated applications and offer stable running characteristics as well as smooth movement properties throughout the entire service life. Selected materials and a coordinated design ensure reliable functionality in low-temperature conditions below freezing and support long-lasting, low-maintenance use in series production. Which nominal lengths are available for refrigeration unit slides?

The slides are available in nominal lengths of between 250 to 500 mm.

What is the difference between full extension and overextension?

The main difference between full extension and overextension is the achievable extension length and thus the ease of use. With a full extension, the extension rail can be fully extended across its entire nominal length so that the entire rail section is accessible. This provides optimal access to the contents of the refrigerator drawer and makes loading and unloading considerably easier. Overextension goes one step further: in this case, the actual extension length exceeds the nominal length by up to 40 mm. This allows the drawer to be pulled out even further, which is particularly advantageous in deep refrigeration units or in hard-to-reach areas.

Is there an automatic retraction for the refrigerator slide?

The automatic retraction of the refrigerator slide is an optional convenience function that makes closing the refrigerator drawer particularly pleasant and ensures that the drawer is retracted gently and silently at the end of the closing process. This not only improves the appearance of the appliance, but also protects the contents of the drawer from unnecessary stress.
