Tiomos 155 Plus: Wide-angle elegance in motion.

A new milestone for furniture manufacturers and designers: GRASS, one of the world's leading specialists in movement systems, is setting a new benchmark in hinge technology with the Tiomos 155 Plus. The wide-angle hinge combines technical precision with creative freedom and provides significantly increased stability that meets the demands of modern premium furniture with high, wide and heavy fronts.

Furniture designers are looking for movement systems that combine form and function, just like the Tiomos 155 Plus hinge, which, due to its minimalist aesthetics, fits in harmoniously with any style of furniture. The compact design reduces the space required in the cabinet, while the high level of stability holds even large, demanding fronts securely in position.

Ideal for demanding structural designs

With an opening angle of up to 155 degrees, the wide-angle hinge opens up further design possibilities for reduced fronts, narrow panel alignments and clear lines, even with demanding structural designs. Tiomos 155 Plus supports door thicknesses of up to 28 millimetres and door overlays of up to 20 millimetres. The precise 3D adjustment allows precise alignments right from initial assembly and makes subsequent refinements simpler. The zero protrusion ensures collision-free access to concealed drawers and pull-out trays from an opening angle of 90 degrees.

The large closing angle of 40 degrees and the two-stage adjustable damping ensure a high level of user comfort. The opening angle can optionally be reduced to 92 or 110 degrees using a reduction clip that be mounted without the need for any tools.

Convenient processing for carpenters and furniture manufacturers

The Tiomos 155 Plus is designed to be easy to install with well-thought-out mounting and adjustment options for production. The cup can be installed using screw, press-in or Quick fasteners. A shortened clip lever on the hinge arm also prevents the door from being unhinged accidentally.

Whether a refined detail in a premium-range kitchen, a precise functional element for large-sized closets or an optimal bathroom solution: The Tiomos 155 Plus creates balance between aesthetics and performance. Designers have maximum design freedom, manufacturers benefit from process reliability and end customers enjoy furniture that impresses with every movement.
